GPA is primary architect for the all-season luxury resort, Summit at Brian Head. Now under construction, the 42-acre site encompasses 34 townhomes, 420 condominiums and a clubhouse. Buildings cluster round a central plaza with warming fire pits, picnic areas and a two-level spa.

The unique project makes the most of Brian Head year-round, from Utah’s driest snow in the winter to mountain biking and other high-elevation summer activities.
