State Bank of Southern Utah headquarters in Cedar City are spacious, welcoming and planned for utmost efficiency.

GPA designed not only the building, but the fixtures and furniture as well. Desks, work surfaces, cabinets and special storage spaces conform to employee work patterns. 3D computer models were used to study the colors and textures of building materials to ensure the right “feel” for bank customers.

Gardner Partnership Architects designed SBSU branch offices in Parowan, Kanab, Orderville, Circleville, Tropic, and Santa Clara. The latest GPA-designed branch opened in early May, 2008, in Hurricane.
