Jolley's Ranchwear, Cedar City, UT
<
The historic building was the launching site of many an adventure, including this National Parks excursion, circa 1920. At left is a photo of the back of the building taken when GPA began its renovation in 1983. Above it is the rear entrance today. Since most of Jolley's customers entered through the back, the GPA design focused on the east entrance as the main entryway.

From Main Street, the Jolley's Ranchwear building looks much like it did more than a century ago. Inside though is modern retail space with tack and saddlery and Western style clothing for the entire family. GPA renovated the old building top to bottom, from fireproofing the basement to new electrical, heating and cooling systems. Natural light filters through overhead windows, helping keep heating costs in line. New construction facilitated the expansive sales area and dressing rooms.
